Why can't you insulated every part of my home?
In some cases, our installers may not be able to access certain areas of your home, such as if there is no space under the floor or in the ceiling. We will do our best to provide alternative solutions or insulation options if certain areas cannot be insulated. Our team will work with you to determine the best approach to insulate as much of your home as possible.
Am I committed to the installation if you assess my home?
No, you are under no obligation to proceed with the installation until you sign a contract with us. We offer a free, no-obligation assessment of your home to provide you with information and options for installation.
Our team will give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the installation or not.
Healthy Homes Compliance
All residential properties must comply with the insulation standards outlined in the Residential Tenancies Act for the Healthy Homes Standard. This includes having ceiling and underfloor insulation where applicable.
We can assess your property and identify areas that require insulation to ensure compliance with the Healthy Homes Standard. Our team will guide you through the process and help make your rental property compliant.
Warmer Kiwi Homes Subsidy
The Warmer Kiwi Homes Grant provides up to 50%-90% OFF Insulation for eligible homeowners. Funding is limited, so get in touch to find out if you’re eligible for a Warmer Kiwi Homes Grant.
To be eligible for the insulation subsidy:
- Be the homeowner (owner-occupier) of a house built before 2008
- You (the owner) have a Community Services Card, SuperGold Combo or
- Live in an area identified as NZDep 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 – we can confirm this for you
- Even if you have insulation, it might not meet the current standard. Warmer Kiwi Homes Grants can cover additional insulation for your home.
